Nylon Mooring Lines - 4 Strand

VETS 333

The VETS 333 is a four strand right regular lay construction line. Each strand consists of a load bearing nylon core protected by a non-load bearing braided polyester jacket. Capitalizing on nylon's elongation properties, the VETS 333 is a highly designed line capable of extreme elongation while maximizing the safe and easy handling attributes designed into the VETS 333. Alternative application - Mooring pendants, best matched with a VETS 198 or VETS 276.

Aramid Mooring Lines - 4 Strand

The VETS 198 is a four strand right regular lay construction line. Each strand consists of a load bearing DuPont™ Kevlar® core protected by a non-load bearing braided DuPont™ Kevlar® and polyester jacket. The VETS 198 has safety factors designed specifically for reduced recoil. The VETS 198 is an excellent, safe alternative to steel in Marine and other low elongation applications. Alternative application - Ship assist lines for Tugboats.

Aramid Mooring Lines - 3 Strand

The VETS II-A is a three strand right regular lay construction line. Each strand consists of a load bearing DuPont™ Kevlar® 29 core protected from abrasion by a non-load bearing braided polyester jacket. The VETS II-A EZ-splice as the name suggests, is easily terminated using a "lock-tuck" or "sail-maker" splice. The VETS II-A is an excellent, safe alternative to steel in Marine and other low elongation applications and is lighter than nylon and polyester. Alternative application - Lift slings, helicopter slings.

The VETS 296 is a four strand right regular lay construction line. Each strand consists of a load bearing polyester core protected from abrasion by a non-load bearing braided polyester jacket. The VETS 296 has enhanced safety features that provide reduced recoil protection. The VETS 296 is an excellent, safe alternative to steel in Marine and other applications that require elongation.
